Responsibilities
  • Sell Farmers insurance Personal Lines products and services.
  • Achieve the set business production goals and objectives.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales.
  • Make calls to potential clients.
  • Boost sales revenue through the use of telephone, email and lead lists.
  • Undertake other required tasks.
Requirements
  • A license in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C)  is required
  • The ability to work on many tasks and follow through on them is necessary.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • The capacity to cope with customer rejections is essential.
  • Strong verbal and negotiation talents are a requirement.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer is a requirement.
  • Insurance Producer License is mandatory.
Compensation Type

This is a 1099 contract position. As an independent contractor, you will run your own business and set your own hours. We provide you with a free CRM, phone extension and Insurance leads, which you are free to reject. Additionally, you will be subjected to a background check and will be selling Farmers Insurance products once appointed.
